The new TWJ-1 data acquisition device consists of sensors, sampling boxes, and computers, which are connected by wires. One sampler can connect 8 sensors. According to the different number of channels required for each laboratory, several sampling boxes can be connected by wires to form a parallel form.
Each sampling box is connected to 8 wiring sockets on its surface, which are respectively connected to 8 sensors. For example, the sampling box has two sockets, namely the signal inlet and outlet. The inlet of the first sampling box is connected to the serial port of the computer, the inlet of the second sampling box is connected to the outlet of the first sampling box, and so on.
The displacement sensor is separated from the wire, and the shape of the plug at both ends of the wire varies. When installing, simply insert it into the correct shape and use a digital micrometer sensor, which is intuitive, accurate, and reliable. Digital interfaces do not require conversion or specification and can be used interchangeably.
advantage
1. Portable/small size, few connections, easy installation, high reliability, suitable for field use.
2. It can work independently and be combined in any way, and one collection box is a collection device.
3. Connect to the computer through a serial port, independent of the computer.
4. Any standard computer can work, and computers can be replaced and upgraded at will.
5. Pure Windows data acquisition and processing software, compatible with existing computers and operating systems, convenient, stable, and reliable.
